01How do I book?
Call or text us at (917) 916-1481, or email nmgbeauty26@gmail.com. We'll confirm your appointment by text.
02Can I pay with CareCredit?
We’re completing enrollment with CareCredit. CareCredit payments are not yet available at Solaya. Until enrollment is active, we accept cash and major credit and debit cards. See the CareCredit & financing page for details.
03What should I arrive with?
Arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a short intake form. Wear whatever is comfortable; we provide robes, sandals and lockers.
04Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are sold at the front desk and by phone, in any amount, and never expire.
05Is there parking?
There is street parking on Main Street and public lots on Locust Avenue and Center School lot, a short walk from the spa.
06What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged up to 50% of the service price.
07Are your treatments medical?
No. Solaya is a day spa. Our services are cosmetic and relaxation treatments given by licensed estheticians and massage therapists. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
