Who we are
This website and the spa at 78 Main St, New Canaan, CT 06840 are operated by NMG BEAUTY LLC, doing business as Solaya Day Spa ("Solaya", "we").
Services
Our services are cosmetic and relaxation treatments given by licensed estheticians and massage therapists. They are not medical care, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Your health information
Before your first treatment you'll fill out an intake form. Please tell us about allergies, pregnancy, medications and skin or health conditions; we may change or decline a treatment if it isn't safe for you.
Prices and payment
Prices on the website are in US dollars and are the price you pay, before optional gratuity. We may change prices, but the price confirmed when you booked is the price you pay. We accept cash and major credit and debit cards, and CareCredit once our enrollment is active.
Financing
CareCredit is a credit card issued by Synchrony Bank. Synchrony Bank, not Solaya, decides applications and sets account terms. Solaya Day Spa is not a lender.
Cancellations and refunds

Conduct
We may end a service if a client behaves inappropriately toward staff. The full price applies in that case.
Liability
To the extent Connecticut law allows, our liability for any service is limited to the price paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
