Our flowing, full-body relaxation massage uses light to medium pressure, guided by your comfort. You can ask the therapist to spend more time on certain areas or leave others untouched. A longer 90-minute appointment is also available.
What to expect
Before
Arrive early for intake and tell us about injuries, recent procedures, pregnancy and areas you prefer us to avoid. Explain the pressure you usually enjoy.
During
Your licensed therapist uses long strokes and checks pressure with you. You undress only to your comfort level in private and remain covered except for the area being worked on.
After
Take a moment to sit up slowly and get dressed in private. Let us know how the pressure felt before leaving; you do not need to feel sore for the session to be worthwhile.

Postpone if you feel unwell or have an acute injury. Tell us about pregnancy, recent surgery or a condition that affects massage suitability before booking; prenatal positioning may be a better fit.
